Hankinson Group Secure Refurbishment Tender for Adur Homes. Back

The Hankinson Group are delighted to announce we have secured a tender win for Communal Refurbishments for Adur homes, part of Adur & Worthing Council.

Adur Homes have delivered housing and related support services for our customers for the past 40 years.

They are situated in the South East with the sea to the South and the South Downs National Park to the North.

Adur Homes owns and manages 3,136 properties (2,644 rented and 492 leasehold)

The Hankinson Group will be carrying out various property maintenance and redecoration works to blocks of flats on Beachcroft Place and Bushby Close. in West Sussex.  

 As well as the works, we will be working closely with Adur Homes to deliver local Social Value initiatives and a great Customer Care Service.
